He retired in February 2015 as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Deputy General Manager from Industrial Development Corporation of Zimbabwe Limited (IDCZ), an investment holding company, where he acquired both project development and enterprise management experience from his involvement in new (greenfield) projects, brownfield expansion projects and rescue / turn-around projects implementation. He was also the inaugural Chairman of the SADC DFI sub-Committee and SADC Development Finance Resource Centre.
